INTRODUCTION
Leading People Europe AB, 556925-2348, (referred to as Leading People) is the personal data officer responsible for the personal data that may be processed in connection with client assignments, business contacts and internal recruitment. Leading People safeguards personal privacy and is therefore obliged to protect personal data in a correct manner and comply with all relevant legislation on personal data processing. Below we describe why and how we process personal data.
You are not required to give your personal data to Leading People. However, if you choose not to provide your personal data, there is a risk that we cannot undertake or carry out assignments.

In connection with recruitment assignments on behalf of clients, we carry out in-depth occupational psychological assessments of candidate suitability for certain roles, based on personality tests. Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to carry out these tasks. 3.2 Coaching, group and leadership development
We carry out coaching and training within group and leadership development on behalf of our clients.

On behalf of clients, we analyse and compile the personality criteria that show the greatest link with success within a certain role in an organisation, based on work psychological assessments/personality tests. 3.4 Accounting and invoicing purposes
We process personal data in order to be able to invoice and report our financial information.

We process personal data in order to develop, analyse and market our operations e.g. by providing information about the services that may be of interest to you.

We process personal data to be able to evaluate applications for employment with Leading People and to be able to assess whether applicants’ knowledge and skills are relevant to possible employment positions.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Leading People will not disclose personal data to outsiders except (i) by special agreement with the data subject, (ii) if necessary to enable us to fulfil statutory obligations or comply with governmental or court decisions, or (iii) for if we employ external suppliers who provide services on our behalf e.g. IT or administrative services and/or testing tools.

Personal data regarding Leading People core business i.e. the purposes specified in Sections 3.1-3.3 is saved for a period of 5 years from completion of assignment, or a longer period if required by the nature of the assignment. Personal data processed for accounting and invoicing purposes is saved for a period of 7 years from the date it was entered in accordance with the Accounting Act. Personal data processed for the purpose of developing, analysing and marketing Leading Peoples operations is saved for a period of 1 year from last contact. Personal data is saved for the period necessary to maintain a business relationship with you or the company you represent. Please feel free to unsubscribe at any time from newsletters or similar direct marketing measures and consequently your data will no longer be saved for this purpose. Personal data processed in internal recruitment procedures is normally saved until the recruitment procedure is completed and up to 2 years after. Personal data may also be saved for a longer period if you have given your consent to save your information for the implementation of future services.
